This site is a place for two things: essays on building AI systems, and the skills used to build them.

The essays come out of real work — systems actually built and run, written up so the reasoning shows, not only the result. The skills are the tools themselves, set out so you can take them and adapt them to your own work.

The writing is the point. It lives here in full, rather than scattered across posts elsewhere.
